There are two ways you can participate...
1. Register to play golf!
If you would like to play in our Heart to Heart 1st Annual Golf Classic and help raise funds for Heart to Heart, click the button below and follow the steps to create your own fundraising page through CanadaHelps.org. You can even upload a photo of yourself to personalize it. Then you can start inviting your friends and family by email or Facebook to sponsor you by giving them a direct link to your fundraising page!

Golf Course: Hidden Lakes Golf Club, 1137 #1 Side Road, Burlington, ON, L7P 0T1
Breakfast at 7:30 am, and tee times starting at 8:30 am
Goal for each golfer is to raise $1,000
Includes:
- Green fee and golf cart
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Prizes for the most funds raised
- “Goodie Bag” for every golfer
- The satisfaction of knowing you’ve helped a worthy ministry!
2. Sponsor a golfer with a donation!
Click the button below and scroll down to find the golfer you wish to sponsor. Then click on your golfer to get to his or her page. Then simply click the "Donate" button and complete your online giving info.
